Fund Structure

MEPT was founded April 1, 1982 and is organized as a bank collective trust, which is maintained by NewTower Trust Company (NewTower). The Fund is managed by three entities: NewTower serves as the trustee and fiduciary of the Fund, Bentall Kennedy (formerly known as Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel, LP) of Seattle, Washington, serves as the real estate investment advisor, and Landon Butler & Company, LP® (LBC) provides investor relations and marketing services to MEPT.
